If you’re lucky enough to have
experienced my culinary experiments then this is the
place to come for recipes from my kitchen…
I enjoy Sundays, they are often my
day for making bread of all types… having been
to New York I got hooked on Bagels and really enjoy the
hot, steamy, floury mess that ensues when I embark on
making them. Our freezer bursts with bread, especially
in the winter!
I often cook for friends
and family and enjoy the whole experience and I can spend
hours in the kitchen. My preparation times have been
cut with experience and my confidence is never dented
by failures or mistakes, I just think ‘ah
well’ and move on to something I can do.
On the left are some recipes
to be posted here, I urge everyone to try making their
own bread and anyone who says that life’s too short
to make bread has never enjoyed the satisfaction of watching
things as they rise and bake and the smells are divine.
Bread machines don’t count.
